Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the First3 mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using First3, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using First3, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

First3 is a mobile application that helps users build a healthier morning routine through gratitude journaling, habit tracking, reminders, and optional app-blocking features using Apple’s Screen Time frameworks.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use First3 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

4. Accounts and Sign-In

Sign-in is optional. You may use First3 without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method and for all activity associated with your account.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the gratitude entries, intentions, and other personal content you create in First3. Your content is used only to provide the App’s functionality, including displaying entries, tracking progress, and syncing data if you are signed in.

6. Screen Time Features

First3 uses Apple’s Family Controls, DeviceActivity, and ManagedSettings frameworks to allow users to select apps they want to block until their gratitude ritual is complete.

You are responsible for selecting which apps to block. First3 is not responsible for missed notifications, unavailable apps, or any consequences resulting from your use of app-blocking features.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

First3 may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions processed by Apple’s App Store. Purchases and subscriptions are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your App Store account settings. We do not process payments directly and do not store payment card information.

8. Intellectual Property

First3, including its design, branding, graphics, text, features, and underlying code, is owned by The Admiral Society LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of First3 without prior written permission.

9. Wellness Disclaimer

First3 is a wellness and productivity tool. It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, therapy, or a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, seek support from a qualified professional.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

First3 is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Admiral Society LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, First3.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date above. Continued use of First3 after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
